Thank you for choosing LUMA Surf House.

We’re looking forward welcoming you to Morocco’s coast. Please take a moment to read our booking terms before making a reservation.

Booking & Payment

Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm your reservation.

Your booking becomes confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from LUMA Surf House and the required deposit has been received.

A 30% deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival.

If your booking is made within 14 days of arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Your deposit secures your reservation and is generally non-refundable.

If your travel plans change, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Wherever possible, we'll do our best to help and, depending on availability, may be able to transfer your deposit to a future stay.

For cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival, no refund can be offered.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for unused nights, late arrivals or early departures.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in your booking.

We kindly ask all guests to arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance before travelling to Morocco. Your insurance should ideally cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings and surf-related activities.

LUMA Surf House cannot be held responsible for any costs resulting from cancelled trips, injuries, medical treatment or other unforeseen circumstances that would normally be covered by travel insurance.

Safety & Participation

At LUMA Surf House, your safety is always our priority. Our team will provide guidance, choose suitable surf conditions based on the group's experience and share important safety information before each activity.

However, surfing and outdoor activities involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge these risks and accept personal responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing while following the guidance provided by our team.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are able to swim, are physically fit to participate and inform us of any relevant medical conditions or injuries before taking part in any activity.

Weather & Activity Changes

Ocean conditions, weather and other circumstances beyond our control may require us to adjust, postpone or replace planned activities.

Any changes will always be made with the safety and wellbeing of our guests as our highest priority.

Liability

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout their stay.

LUMA Surf House cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.

Guests are also responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents through negligence or misuse.

Privacy

Any personal information you provide during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and providing our services.
